Locality: Caswell State Park, Tuolumne River (Stanislaus County, California, US)

Notes: Calflora record 898278 has this station as var. aureum; I do not have access to my early vouchers, but the red petals are diagnostic for the southerly var. gracillimum; both are out of range based on geographic data given in Jepson Manual - additional voucher needed.
