Notes: According to documentary, flowering period of this plant is November to January, that is why I was very much surprised to find these blooms flowering under the hot Summer sun in this time of the year. One interesting point about this plant is that it keeps snakes away. This photo was taken in the Kowloon Park, Hong Kong.
