Stems weak, loosely branched, but not stoloniferous; lvs oblanceolate, obtuse, tapering to the base, the larger 2-4 cm, to 1 cm wide, with 2-4 conspicuous teeth on each side. Limestone barrens; Ky., Tenn., Mo., and Ark. (Calamintha g.; Clinopodium g.)
