Fr ovoid to subglobose, slightly flattened laterally; ribs 5 per mericarp, about equal, corky, raised, pale brown, separated by dark brown or purple intervals, the adjacent lateral nerves of the 2 mericarps continuous to form a broad, pale brown corky strip; oil-tubes solitary in the intervals, 2 on the commissure, carpophore bifid to half length; umbels compound, pedunculate, terminal and lateral; bracts well developed, filiform or cleft, umbellets small, bractlets filiform, larger on the peripheral side of the umbellet; sep deltoid. to lanceolate; pet white, stylopodium conic; erect branching annuals, with the lvs dissected into filiform segments or reduced to the petiole.
